These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the services offered by Almco Plumbing, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

The website provides information about our plumbing services, allows users to submit service requests, schedule appointments, and communicate with our business.

  • A diagnostic or dispatch fee may apply

  • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the service location

Failure to provide access or unsafe conditions may result in rescheduling and additional fees.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices for services are provided verbally, in writing, or via invoice

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • We accept electronic payment methods through approved third-party processors

  • Deposits may be required for certain jobs or special-order materials

Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge

  • Late cancellations, no-shows, or denied access may result in fees

  • Completed services are non-refundable

Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to our separate Refund Policy.

6. Warranties

  • Workmanship is generally covered for up to 90 days

  • Drain cleaning services are covered up to 30 days for the same line, subject to conditions

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to installed parts

No warranty applies to customer-supplied parts, misuse, or pre-existing conditions.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the Wix platform

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Almco Plumbing, Inc. or its licensors.
