We do not offer shipping of retail or consumer goods
No domestic or international shipping services are provided
Customers will not receive packages by mail or courier

Service Area & On-Site Delivery of Materials

Our licensed plumbers provide on-site services in:

San Diego County, California
Select areas of Los Angeles County, California

Any materials or parts required to perform plumbing services:

Are sourced by us or ordered on the customer’s behalf
Are delivered directly to the job site by our technicians or suppliers
Are installed as part of the service and not shipped separately to customers

Service Scheduling (Not Shipping)

After submitting a service request, appointment times are confirmed by phone or email
Same-day or emergency service may be available for an additional fee
Standard service appointments are scheduled during regular business hours

Service Availability & Delays

Service availability may be affected by:

Technician availability
Traffic or weather conditions
Supplier delays for specialty or custom-order parts

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
